Since March 1, 2017 each risk level 3 and risk level 4 licensed food shop is required to have at least one management or supervisory employee with a level 2 certification in food protection. The Level II certification provides in-depth training for food managers and is designed for those following a career in the food industry. With the support of Project RAISE and Margaret W. Wong & Associates, OCA Greater Cleveland has partner with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to provide a Level 2 Training (ServSafe®) and Certification for those whose primarily language is Chinese. The training will be in English with interpretation in Mandarin with an optional Chinese textbook and exam (registration is required). This training is normally 16 hours but will be held over the course of three days due to the interpretation. If you or someone you know would like to sign-up for this class, please share or fill out the following form and mail to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health office at 5550 Venture Drive, Parma, OH 44130.
