06/12/2026 - Congratulations to the U.S. Army enlistees and 25 new Citizens during the annual event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for the U.S. Army's 251st Birthday, Flag Day, Women's Veterans Recognition Day, and Naturalization Ceremony. The Honorable Judge Charles Esque Fleming administered the oath of allegiance to the United States of America to 25 new Americans representing 13 nationalities. OCA Greater Cleveland was honored to assist the League of Women Voters in registering new citizens and distributing information packets.
