17th Annual Cleveland Asian Festival 5/16 & 5/17

The 2026 Cleveland Asian Festival is the premier showcase of Asian food and culture in Northeast Ohio!

OCA Greater Cleveland is one of the founding organizations of the Cleveland Asian Festival and a Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 performances. These performances are supported in part by the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture.

This May, we celebrated Asian Pacific American Heritage Month during the weekend before Memorial Day with the Cleveland Asian Festival. The event featured 56 live entertainment acts, cultural performances, and martial arts demonstrations on two outdoor stages. This year, there were 35 authentic Asian food vendors, along with an Asian Food Court and Food Truck Lanes.

The World Marketplace showcased over 130 vendors, including local and regional artisans, merchant vendors, and nonprofit organizations. Inside Asia Plaza, the Health Pavilion offered a variety of free screenings and resources. Highlights of the festival included the Colors of Asia Fashion Showcase, Asian cosplay, and a trivia challenge. Unfortunately, the highly anticipated Eggroll Speed Eating Contest and the Asian Pop Dance Competition were canceled as a result of the early shutdown by the City of Cleveland.
