March 2, 2020 — OCA Greater Cleveland provides health information about the Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) to Asian Food Service Business Owners and Operators during a Level 2 ServSafe Training and Certification Class. In addition to providing business and economic resources to the community, OCA invited the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to help dispel myths and share up to date information on the spread and prevention of the virus to help alleviate fears and misinformation. The talk was presented on the first day of the three-day class by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health Program Manager Angela Henderson with interpretation in Mandarin Chinese by Nancy Liang. The event was hosted with the generosity of Margaret W. Wong & Associates and coordinated by Lisa Wong, president of OCA Greater Cleveland.
