5/2/2025 - We had a wonderful time tabling with the Cleveland Asian Festival crew to kick off Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month at MIX: Amplify, a dance party showcasing Cleveland’s vibrant AAPI cultural landscape. The event featured dance performances by LingYun Rising Star Gymnastics Dance School and Stellar Acrobatic Dance Academy, DJ PikaChieu, a fashion presentation with Fashion Talks, and a Bollywood DJ set featuring DJ Sobe and the Indian Student Organization from Cleveland State University (CSU).Next is the 16th Annual Cleveland Asian Festival on May 17 and 18 in Asiatown. The festival includes cultural performances and martial arts demonstrations on two outdoor stages, a World Marketplace with over 120 vendors and exhibitors, and more than 35 food vendors and trucks serving authentic Asian foods, drinks, and desserts! Our community is enhanced by this hospitality. Our economy thrives, our cuisine is more diverse, and our lives are enriched as a result.
