In Cuyahoga, all outstanding Vote-by-Mail Ballots MUST be returned to the Board of Elections Drop Box at 2925 Euclid Ave. TODAY by the close of polls at 7:30 p.m. to count. (Vote-by-Mail ballots returned to the Drop Box do not require postage).
