Tribute to Donna Hom

We are saddened to announce the passing of entrepreneur and community advocate, Donna Hom.  Donna has made notable contributions to growing the Cleveland Chinese American community and AsiaTown neighborhood.
 
In 1996, she was an honored recipient of the OCA Greater Cleveland Distinguished Service Award and in 2014, she was inducted into the Cleveland International Hall of Fame organized by ClevelandPeople.Com. Donna Hom was well-known as the proprietor of Asia Plaza, Li Wah, King Wah, Ho Wah, and her generous support of the Asian community in northeast Ohio.

 
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Asian Services In Action – ASIA, 3631 Perkins Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 which provides social and health services to the Asiatown community in which Donna was a strong advocate.
